A Blues fan for 65 years and always supported them through thick and thin. David went to his first game when he was 8 and stayed blue ever since. He passed on the Blues tradition to his grandson Luke and both he and Luke went to the Blues games along with Luke's dad Nick.
Dean Luke Andrews also known as Tiny sadly passed away on May 24th 2012.
He was a very amazing young man, a season ticket holder for 8 years and a true blue nose. In 2005 he was the disabled supporter of the year and in 2011 he went to Wembley.
He will never be forgotten and may his true colours live on
RIP Dean Andrews 13.7.91 - 24.5.
Passed away suddenly on 2nd March, 2001 aged 66 years after returning from his beloved St. Andrews after another famous victory.
Sadly missed by loving wife, Lydia, sons Paul and Russell and all the family. Ashes scattered at St. Andrews – at last a free seat!
Always a blue nose,
Even though he had Villa supporters all around him,
No-one could beat him,
Always a blue nose until he went to the Blues ground up in the sky.
To our Dad who was special, To our Dad who was kind,
Just to say ‘We Love You’, From your kids left behind,
You were taken from us sharply,
Which left no time for us to say goodbye Dad,
for us to say goodbye.
Devoted to his family. Husband of 48 years, Father of 47 years, Granddad of 7 years, a truly wonderful man. He followed his Blues football club since 1948 with pride and passion. He will be sadly missed by all.
Dad, forever in our hearts, Forever a blue nose.
Now you get to be at all the matches.
Ray Townsend – father, husband, grandad, great-grandad.
Love you forever, from the family.
Miss you.
